Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Fixcurve, we are committed to your satisfaction and well-being. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


 


Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status.

  2. Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank; there is often processing time involved.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on “Sale” or during a promotional event cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at [Insert Support Email Here].

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
